San Francisco, CA – April 3, 2025 – Scoutbee, a global leader in AI-driven procurement technology, today announced it is officially adopting its next-generation supplier discovery and qualification platform—formerly known as Scoutbee X—as its core product, now simply called Scoutbee.
Built in collaboration with early partners including Walmart and Unilever, the Scoutbee platform enables brands to find and qualify suppliers faster, using AI to automate discovery, collect data, and surface insights that drive smarter sourcing decisions. The platform is already trusted by industry leaders such as Danone, Dollar General, Bacardi, and Schneider Electric.
As part of this evolution, Scoutbee is consolidating operations in San Francisco, where its product and engineering teams will now be headquartered. "This move reflects our growth and momentum. We’re building the most intelligent supplier network in the world, and being based in San Francisco puts us closer to the customers, talent, and ecosystem that will shape the future of supply chains,” said Gregor Stühler, Co-founder and CEO of Scoutbee.
Additionally, the company announced the closure of its Berlin office, recognizing the German team for their foundational role in Scoutbee’s journey. “We’re deeply grateful for the contributions of our Berlin team,” added Stühler. “Their work established the groundwork for everything Scoutbee is becoming.”
Scoutbee’s mission is to simplify and accelerate how brands and suppliers connect—giving companies the data they need to act faster, build resilience, and make better decisions in a rapidly changing world.
